Tony Chachere's Creole Foods
Tony Chachere's (sash-er-ee) is a manufacturer of Louisiana Creole Style food products founded in 1981 by Tony Chachere himself in the Southwest Louisiana town of Opelousas. Tony's Original Creole Seasoning is a blend of salt and spices that should be used instead of salt and pepper to season any types of food. Tony's also produces a full line of rice mixes, seasoning blends, marinades, injectable marinades, dry gravies, dry roux, breading mixes, salad dressings, and even a bloody mary mix.
